What happens during a rehabilitation session?

Once your body is warmed up, your provider will take you through a series of exercises and stretches that target your areas of pain or weakness. Your provider will stay with you throughout your session to ensure you’re able to perform all of your exercises safely.

Most rehabilitation sessions last about an hour. You can bring water and a towel to your session if you’d like.
